About Dr. N. Charles Olmeda
Dr. N. Charles Olmeda is a husband, father, pastor, professor, author, speaker, and
organizational leadership consultant. He and his wife, Pastor Reina, have served as
senior pastors of the multiethnic, bilingual Transformation Church, LV, for over 25
years.
Dr. Olmeda also serves as the founder and president of Solutions Services, Inc., a
non-profit community development company. Solutions Services, Inc. is the administering agency for the Advanced Mentoring Enrichment Network or A.M.E.N. This mentoring initiative has served over 2000 youth and trained more than 100 coaches and mentors to serve the next generation.

Dr. Olmeda has a passion for leadership development and a heart for community.
As such, he has served many community and faith organizations, including serving
as president of the Lehigh Conference of Churches, an organization dedicated to addressing hunger, homelessness, mental health, at-risk youth, and Christian unity. He also serves as director of the Financial Health Initiative, a Center for Ministerial Health arm of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC). Dr. Olmeda served as the lead architect for the Center for Ministerial
Health, now addressing spiritual, financial, and mental health.
As an Associate Professor of Organizational and Leadership Development, Dr. Olmeda strives to help guide students and organizations toward a healthy climate and culture conducive to building effective leaders to serve the world.
